Yushu Group’s first phase of expansion - launching Kaizen Sports

Yushu Group are delighted to share their  first phase of expansion - launching Kaizen Sports

The expansion will allow growth  geographically whilst also focusing on a different niche to that of Yushu Football.

Kaizen Sports will focus on two key areas within football: recruiting non league footballers with the potential to play football league whilst also launching a pathway structure for younger grassroots players to move into the professional academy EPPP system.

Kaizen Sports also announce the recruitment of talented Managing Director Harry Robertson whom is strategically placed in the South of England. Harry graduated in 2018 with a BA (Hons) in Football Business and Finance and then progressed to becoming an FA registered intermediary following further specific study with the well respected ASA (agents) Level 3 programme.

Yushu Group - Football Agency will continue to focus on working with the best category 1 academy footballers whilst recruiting more senior footballers playing at EFL level.

David Lynch, Group CEO said “This is a very exciting time for Yushu Group. We have been inundated with enquiries from players, in particular released first year pros, CAT 2/3 scholars along with step 1-3 footballers. When I started Yushu Group I had a clear identity in terms of how I focussed my own time.... that cannot change however having the opportunity to bring Harry on board, based in London with a good knowledge of the non league scene coupled with a fantastic work ethic and hunger to improve.... it became a natural next step”

Kaizen Sports, follows the same Japanese roots as its parent company Yushu... whereby everything is underpinned by continuous improvement
